Ridiculous Labor Ruling Will
Impact Your Business!
We wanted to make you aware
of a horrendous ruling proposed by the National
Labor Relations Board that would require firms
to post notices advising workers about their rights
to unionize.
This proposal is just another
way to help unions add union members after precipitous
declines from their peak in 1970 at 17 million
members. We, at United Small Business, fervently
believe that labor unions cannot and will not
prosper in a competitive environment. They depend
on government patronage and protection; thus we
have this new odious ruling. Employees would have
to be notified about their RIGHTS to form or join
a union and to bargain collectively with their
firm for the purposes of improving pay and working
conditions. The National Labor Relations Boards
pathetic explanation for this idea is that they
were concerned that many employees are "UNAWARE"
of their rights under the National Labor Relations
Act.
They state "THE INTENDED
EFFECTS OF THIS ACTION ARE TO INCREASE KNOWLEDGE
OF THE NATIONAL LABOR RELATIONS ACT AMONG EMPLOYEES
TO BETTER ENABLE THE EXERCISE OF RIGHTS UNDER
THE STATUTE."
We would like to know, and
we insist, that the NLRB also inform all firms
and employees about the " BECK VS COMMUNICATION
WORKERS" decision. This is organized Labor's
"ACHILLES HEEL"- THE SUPREME COURT RULED
THAT IS A VIOLATION OF THE CONSTITUTIONS
FIRST AMENDMENT TO FORCE EMPLOYEES TO PAY UNION
DUES THAT ARE USED TO SUPPORT POLITICAL CANDIDATES
OR CAUSES.
The unions, by a combination
of misinformation, intimidation, and obstruction
have managed to stonewall all efforts to enforce
it. In this decision, the Court found that 79%
of each member's dues were not used properly.
It is because of actions that
the NLRB is taking a "FIRESTORM" of
outrage is sweeping through America, swirling
around Obamacare, entitlement programs, pensions(state
and local), unemployment, border security, illegal
aliens, national debt, onerous taxes and regulations.
The grip of bureaucratic control
and lack of respect for American values have fused
together to touch off a voting public backlash
of unprecedented proportions.
The NLRB is accepting comments
regarding this rule through February 22. Therefore,
we are asking you to contact them expressing our
outrage in this matter. Please pass on this letter
to any other business owners you may know, and
send us a copy of your correspondence. The contact
